SCHEDULING ORDER RE EXEMPLAR DAMAGE CASES by Judge Gary A. Feess: The parties have provided the Court with lists of proposed "exemplar" damage cases to be tried before juries to resolve those cases and to assist in developing guidelines for the settlement of the remaining cases. The Court has reviewed those lists and discussed the cases with counsel at a status conference on 6/19/03. This order identifies the cases that are to be tried, the Courts in which they will be tried, and certain pre-trial procedures to be followed in connection with these trials.
