JUDGMENT by Judge Florence-Marie Cooper, in favor of defendants Continental Casualty Company and Latham and Watkins Group Disability Income Insurance Plan and against Polly Webb: Following review of all of the arguments and issues raised by the parti es in the documents submitted to this Court, including the administrative record in this ERISA action, the Court finds that the decision on Plaintiffs claim for benefits did not constitute an abuse of discretion and that Plaintiff Polly Webb is not entitled to benefits under the ERISA plan.
