December 5, 2008	Filing 23 ORDER AWARDING ATTORNEYS FEES by Magistrate Judge Rosalyn M. Chapman. The plaintiffs petition for attorneys fees IS GRANTED, and the Commissioner is ordered to pay to plaintiff, no later than sixty (60) days from the date of this Order, reasonable a ttorneys fees under the Act in the total amount of $5,296.87. However, if, within forty-five (45) days of this Order, plaintiffs counsel provides proof of an assignment signed by plaintiff, or a declaration from plaintiff stating he assigns his fees under the Act to his attorney, the Commissioner shall pay the attorneys fees directly to plaintiffs counsel.
