JUDGMENT FO DEFENDANTS by Judge A. Howard Matz Court finds that defendants are entitled to judgment in their favor and against Plaintiff as a matter of law. Specially, the Court finds that the Appeals Committee did not abuse its discretion when it fo und that Kraemer did not experience a Constructive Dishcarge Resulting from the Change of Control that occured when Unocal Corporation was acquired by Chevron corporation. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DEGREED that defendants are entitled to judgment in their favor on all claims (MD JS-6, Case Terminated). (jp)
