Snyder: Upon Stipulation 22 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED that Plaintiffs, Trustees of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Pension Plan, Trustees of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Health Trust Fund, Trustees of th e Los Angeles County Electrical Educational and Training Trust Fund, Trustees of the National Electrical Benefit Fund, Trustees of the Southern California IBEW-NECA Labor Management Cooperation Committee, Trustees of the National IBEW-NECA Labor Mana gement Committee, Los Angeles Electrical Workers Credit Union, National Electrical Industry Fund, and Contract Compliance Fund, shall recover from Defendant, Walker Electric, Inc., a California corporation, the principal amount of $60,000.00, pl us pre-judgment and post-judgment interest thereon at the rate of 5% per annum from 2/1/2009, until paid in full. Defendant, Walker Electric, Inc., a California corporation, shall pay the Plaintiffs for all reasonable attorney's fees and court costs incurred in connection with the collection of the judgment rendered herein.
