Filing 5 ORDER RE CONSENT JUDGMENT INCLUDING A PERMANENT INJUNCTION; VOLUNTARY DISMISSAL WITH PREJUDICE filed by Judge Audrey B. Collins against defendants The Bling Jewelry Co., LLC, Angelica Campos: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as among the pa rties hereto that: This Court has jurisdiction over the parties to this Final Judgment and has jurisdiction over the subject matter hereof pursuant to 15 U.S.C. § 1121. Plaintiff Chrome Hearts LLC. is the owner of numerous trademarks (see docume nt for further details). Defendants and their agents, servants, employees and all persons in active concert and participation with them who receive actual notice of this Final Judgment are hereby permanently restrained and enjoined from infringing up on the Chrome Hearts trademarks and copyrighted works, either directly or contributorily, in any manner, including generally, but not limited to manufacturing, importing, distributing, advertising, selling and/or offering for sale any unauthorized pr oduct bearing the Chrome Hearts trademarks. The execution of this Final Judgment by Counsel for the parties and/or by the Defendant appearing pro se shall serve to bind and obligate the parties hereto. The parties having agreed that Defendants shall pay to Plaintiff an amount in settlement of Plaintiff's demand for damages, profits, costs, disbursements and attorneys' fees based upon Defendants alleged infringing activities, Defendant's warranties and representations and obligations to make such payment are incorporated herein and no other award for damages, profits, costs, disbursements and/or attorneys' fees is made herein.
