Filing 13 JUDGMENT by Judge Consuelo B. Marshall that the Court has jurisdiction over the parties to this action and subject matter. Plaintiff Michael Rotman owns the copyright of that certain motion picture entitled Star Wait. Defendants have engaged in the u nauthorized distribution of the picture. Plaintiffs have elected to receive statutory damages for copyright infringement. Plaintiffs are hereby awarded 150,000 in statutory damages jointly and severally from Defendants.
