Filing 49 JUDGMENT by Judge John F. Walter IT IS NOW, THEREFORE, HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED, that judgment is entered in this action in favor of Plaintiff Nasrin Taymoori against The Prudential Insurance Company of America. Plaintiff is entitled to r ecover the sum of $24,000 for the period of December 24, 2003 through December 23, 2005 (plus applicable interest under California law) and shall be entitled to a separate sum of $26,000 from Defendant. (See attached Judgment for further information). The parties are responsible for their own costs and attorneys fees incurred in this action, and such costs and fees shall be born solely by the respective parties themselves.
