Filing 82 CONSENT JUDGMENT AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION by Judge Philip S. Gutierrez: This Court has subject matter jurisdiction over this action as well as persona jurisdiction over D&D Gold. As of 12/1/09 Trong Van Nguyen, Lan Que Truong Nguyen, Hung Van Nguyen, and D&D Gold Product Corporation, all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and officers of D&D Gold Product Corporation, D&D Gold's agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and those persons in active concert or participate with D&D Gold who recei ve actual notice of this Order are permanently enjoined. As of December 1, 2009, Trong Van Nguyen, Lan Que Truong Nguyen, Hung Van Nguyen, and D&D Gold Product Corporation, all parents,subsidiaries, affiliates, and officers of D&D Gold Product Corpor ation, D&DGolds agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and those persons in active concert or participation with D&D Gold who receive actual notice of this Orderare hereby permanently enjoined. Trong Van Nguyen, Lan Que Truong Nguyen, Hung Van Nguye n, and D&D Gold Product Corporation, all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and officers of D&D Gold Product Corporation, D&D Golds agents, servants, employees, attorneys, and those persons in active concert or participation with D&D Gold who receive actual notice of this Order are hereby permanently enjoined. Liang was awarded his attorneys fees and costs incurred in bringing this action, and that amount is included in the U.S. $125,000 inparagraph 15 above. D&D Gold will bear its own cost s and attorneys fees inthis action. The parties affirmatively waive any and all rights to appeal thisFinal Consent Judgment and Permanent Injunction. The Court retains jurisdiction over this Final Consent Judgment and Permanent Injunction for the purpose of ensuring compliance with the terms hereof (See document for further details)( MD JS-6.
