Gutierrez: Defendant, its successors-in-interest, officers, agents, servants, employees, and all those in active concert and/or participation with each of them who receive notice hereof, are p ermanently restrained and enjoined. Plaintiff's claims for damages are dismissed with prejudice. Parties shall each bear their own attorneys' fees and costs of litigations, through entry of the Judgment. In the event of any legal action or proceedings arising from or relating to this Judgment, proceedings to enforce or interpret the terms of this Judgment or otherwise, the prevailing party shall be awarded the full amouont of its attorneys fees and expenses incurred in such action or proceedings. Exclusive jurisdiction for such proceedings shall be in the United States District Court, Central District of California. (MD JS-6, Case Terminated). (ir)
