WHEREAS this court has already granted defendant DOUG LARGEs motion to dismiss for failure to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, with prejudice, pursuant to Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) as to plaintiffs claims for: (1) attempted extortion (claim 13); and (2) violation of U.S.C. §1985(3) (claim 14). WHEREAS this court has already granted defendant TYLER BUCKs motion to dismiss for failure to s tate a claim upon which relief can be granted, with prejudice, pursuant to Rule of Civil Procedure 12(b)(6) as to plaintiffs claims for: (1) violation of 48 U.S.C. §1983 (claim 6); and (2) violation of 48 U.S.C. §1985(3) (claims 7, 7).WHERE AS, the remaining claims in Plaintiffs First Amended Complaint areseverable and/or unrelated to the claims brought against the moving defendants.The court finds that there is no just reason for delay in entering a final judgment of dismissal as to all claims asserted by Plaintiff in his First Amended Complaint against Defendants VENTURA COLLEGE OF LAW, HEATHER GEORGAKIS,WENDY LASCHER, DOUG LARGE, and TYLER BUCK.
