ORDER granting defendant J.P Morgan Chase Motion to Dismiss 7 . The Court dismisses plaintiff's federal law claims against Chase. With respect to her TILA damages claim, Plaintiff may amend her complaint to state facts relevant to the applicab ility of equitable tolling. She must do so within twenty (20) days of the date of this Order. If plaintiff fails to state a colorable claim under federal law, this Court will likely decline to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over the remaining state law claims by Judge Dean D.
