The Court does find, however, that Petitioner has demonstrated good causenamely, limited access to the law libraryto extend the deadline for filing his opposition to the motion to dismiss that is currently pending before the Court. That motion, filed by Defen dant Eric H. Holder, Jr., is currently set for hearing on June 21, 2010 10 . The Court hereby CONTINUES that hearing date to August 23, 2010 at 1:30pm. Petitioners deadline to file an opposition is therefore August 2, 2010 IT IS SO ORDERED by Judge Philip S. Gutierrez. (ir)
