In particular, the hourly rates presented by Plaintiffs are reasonable. ORDER by Judge Ronald S.W. Lew, granting Plaintiffs' MOTION for Sanctions against attorney Peter C. Bronstein 66 . The Court finds that Mr. Bronstein's submission of the implied license and co-authorship defenses is sanctionable. Moreover, the Court finds that the amount of attorneys' fees requested is a fair and reasonable calculation of the expense to Plaintiffs in refuting the implied license and co-authorship defenses.
