In addition, with the exception of JP Morgan's arguments regarding Plaintiff's TILA claims, the motion appears meritorious on its face. Accordingly, the Court GRANTS in part and DENIES in part JP Morgan's Motion to Dismiss 5 . Plaintiff shall file any amended complaint by not later than 1/11/2010.
