ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE by Judge Dolly M. Gee: This matter is before the Court on Defendant Aurora Loan Services LLC's Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff's Second Amended Complaint 37 . Plaintiff is hereby ordered to show cause in writing why Defenda nt's Motion should not be granted without further leave to amend. Plaintiff shall file his response to this Order to Show Cause by 11/24/2010. Failure to file a timely response will result in the dismissal of the action with prejudice. The 11/22/2010 hearing on Defendants Motion is vacated pending the Court's ruling on the OSC and shall be re-set by the Court if needed. (gk)
