American Promotional Events, Inc., et al. Case No. ED CV 09-1864 PSG (Ssx) for all purposes except trial, without prejudice to the right of any defendant to file a motion under Rules 12 or 56 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. A Case Management Order to be entered by the Court will resolve any further details relating to consolidation. Discovery is stayed for six months to and including November 25,2010.
