The motion to exclude testimony of witnesses James P. Lake, Maj PM, and Donald Duncan is GRANTED due to Plaintiff's failure to timely disclose. As to Defendants' Motion in Limine No. 2 #108 , the motion to exclude damages relating to Plaintiff's military career is DENIED without prejudice due to lack of specificity. While the Court generally will exclude witnesses and/or exhibits which were not timely disclosed, Defendants do not identify specific witnesses or exhibits that they seek to exclude. The Court will not preclude Defendants from raising more specific objections, if any, at trial. Motion in Limine to Exclude; As to Defendants' Motion in Limine No. 3 #113 , Defendants' unopposed motion to bifurcate the punitive damages phase of trial is GRANTED.
