August 12, 2010 Opinion or Order Filing 63 ORDER REVOKING PRO HAC VICE APPEARANCE by Judge Philip S. Gutierrez: On May 10, 2010, a Notice of Pro Hac Vice Application and Filing Fee Due was filed notifying attorney William Craft Hughes that his Pro Hac Vice Application and appearance fee had not been received by the Court #37 . On June 7, 2010, the Court was informed by the Fiscal section of Mr. Hughess failure to comply with the above-referenced notice. On June 11, 2010, the Court issued an Order to Show Cause Re: Pro Hac Vice Application, ordering counsel to submit not later than June 25, 2010, either a response to the order to show cause or a pro hac vice application #47 . The order clearly stated that failure to comply would be deemed consent to revoke permission to appear on behalf of the Plaintiff. On July 16, 2010, the Court extended the deadline to July 30, 2010, to give Mr. Hughes more time to comply with the order to show cause #59 . To this date, no application or written response to the Order to Show Cause has been filed with the Court.
