ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE WHY EXPERT WITNESS SHOULD NOT BE APPOINTED BY THE COURT by Judge Margaret M. Morrow. The court therefore orders the parties to show cause on or before December 15, 2010 why an expert should not be appointed to aid the court in det ermining the proper resolution of this issue.
