Fischer: This Court has been notified that Sean Summers and George Werner, who have filed an Application of Non-resident Attorney to Appear, have each failed to pay the $185.00 pro hac vice appearance fee. On June 21, 2010, a Notice of Filing Fee Due upon Pro Hac Vice Application was mailed to counsel. Accordingly, Plaintiff is ordered to show cause in writing on or before August 3, 2010 why the Court should not disregard all filings signed only by out-of-state counsel, decline to allow out-of-state counsel to appear, and consider other sanctions. Payment of the fee will be a sufficient response to this order. (shb)

Counsel for Plaintiff and Defendants shall meet and confer in a good faith effort to eliminate as many of the disputes as possible within 10 days after the date of this order. 2. If counsel are unable to resolve their disputes, Plaintiff shall file and serve an opposition within 20 days after the date of this order. Defendants may file and serve a reply within 7 days after service of the opposition. 3. Unless otherwise ordered, this court shall take the matter under submission without oral argument on the day after Defendants' reply is due. 4. If counsel resolve their disputes, counsel for Defendants shall notify the Clerk, Marine Pogosyan, at (213) 894-5419, and shall dismiss this action. (See Order for details.) (es)
