JUDGMENT by Judge Manuel L. Real IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendants Motion for Summary Judgment is GRANTED in its entirety. 1. Plaintiffs claim for copyright infringement against Defendants is dismissed with prejudice. 2. All defenses of Defendants are preserved and may be reasserted if this Courts Summary Judgment Order and/or Final Judgment is reversed on appeal.
