Snyder: Upon Lead Plaintiffs' Motion for Order of Final Approval of Class Action Settlement and Plan of Allocation 133 , IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that: The Court hereby certifies this action as a class action for settlement purposes only, and certifies as the Class all persons or entities who purchased the publicly-traded common stock of CEU from 5/15/2008 through 12/7/2010, and who were damaged thereby. Lead Plaintiffs are c ertified as the class representatives and the Lead Plaintiffs' Counsel previously selected by Lead Plaintiffs and appointed by the Court is hereby appointed as Lead Counsel for the Class. The Settlement is approved as fair, reasonable and adequa te, and in the best interests of the Class. Lead Plaintiffs and the Defendants are directed to consummate the Settlement in accordance with the terms and provisions of the Stipulation and Agreement of Settlement dated 10/3/2012.
