IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff claims for identification fraud under 18 USC 1028; civil rights violations under 18 USC 241, 245, and 246; obstruction of justice under 18 USC 1512; counterfeiting and forgeryunder 18 USC 470, 472, 474, 493, and 514; perjury under 18 USC 1621 and 1623; violation of the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act, 15 USC 6821(a); denial of access to the courts under 42 USC 1983; 1985; and 1986; malicious prosecution under 42 USC 1983, 1985, and 1986; and violation of the Crime Victims Rights Act, 18 USC 3771 are dismissed with prejudice. FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiffs state law claims are dismissed without prejudice. (jp) |

Accordingly, the Court declines to exercise supplemental jurisdiction over Plaintiffs remaining state law claims. Plaintiffs remaining claims are dismissed without prejudice. In the event Plaintiff elects to file her state law claims in state court, this Order acts to toll the state law statute of limitations for a period of 30 days unless state law provides for a longer tolling period.
