JUDGMENT by Judge Otis D. Wright, II:Pursuant to the Courts December 3, 2012 Order 201 and April 19,2013 Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law 283 ,IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. Judgment for Plaintiff Liberty Corporate Capital, Ltd. on the duty-to-in demnify claim; 2. Judgment for Plaintiffs-in-Intervention Allied Property & Casualty Insurance Co. and AMCO Insurance Co. on the duty-to-defend claim; 3. Allied and AMCO are awarded $170,170.24 from Liberty in equitable contribution for their duty-to-defend claim; and, 4. The parties shall bear their own costs and attorneys fees. ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE MEDIATION AND CONTINUING PRETRIAL HEARING by Judge Otis D Wright, II:the parties are hereby ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why each attorney in this case should not be sanctioned $1,000.00 or more for ignoring the Courtsorders. A w ritten, joint response is due by January 14, 2013. No appearances arenecessary. Failure to timely respond may result in additional sanctions, including dismissal or entry of default.
