JUDGMENT by Judge Otis D. Wright, II:Pursuant to the Courts December 3, 2012 Order 201 and April 19,2013 Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law 283 ,IT IS HEREBY ORDERED: 1. Judgment for Plaintiff Liberty Corporate Capital, Ltd. on the duty-to-in demnify claim; 2. Judgment for Plaintiffs-in-Intervention Allied Property & Casualty Insurance Co. and AMCO Insurance Co. on the duty-to-defend claim; 3. Allied and AMCO are awarded $170,170.24 from Liberty in equitable contribution for their duty-to-defend claim; and, 4. The parties shall bear their own costs and attorneys fees. ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE RE MEDIATION AND CONTINUING PRETRIAL HEARING by Judge Otis D Wright, II:the parties are hereby ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why each attorney in this case should not be sanctioned $1,000.00 or more for ignoring the Courtsorders. A w ritten, joint response is due by January 14, 2013. No appearances arenecessary. Failure to timely respond may result in additional sanctions, including dismissal or entry of default. This Order to Show Cause will be discharged upon receipt of a statu s report indicating that a mediation session has been scheduled for no later than February 6, 2013since the parties have selected Settlement Procedure No. 3.
