JUDGMENT by Judge John F. Walter. Based on the Stipulated 43 and good cause appearing, the Court hereby awards judgment in favor of PLAINTIFFS against PEOPLE & LOGISTICS AMERICA, INC. on each cause of action for: (1) Damages in the amount of $235,000; (2) This judgment is inclusive of costs; (3) Each party to bear its own attorney's fees; and (4) Interest shall be calculated from the date of the judgment, pursuant to 28 USC section 1961.
