ORDER DISMISSING CASE by Judge Christina A. Snyder: On 1/23/2012, this Court entered an Order granting the Motion to Dismiss of Defendants Bank of America, N.A.; Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc.; and HSBC Bank USA, N.A. in its entirety 9 . The Court allowed Plaintiff Jorge I. Camas 20 days leave to amend his complaint. Pursuant to the Court's Order of 1/23/2012, Plaintiff had until 2/13/2012 to file an amended complaint, but he has not done so.
