MINUTES OF Motion Hearing held before Judge Christina A. Snyder: Because plaintiff previously asserted the identical Section 1692g claim that was adjudicated on the merits against the exact same defendants, it cannot be relitigated and is hereby DISM ISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Finally, plaintiff's new claims for violations of the RFDCPA and fraud are also barred by both claim preclusion and issue preclusion. The case is hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
