FINAL APPROVAL ORDER AND JUDGMENT by Judge John A. Kronstadt. ORDERED, ADJUDGED and DECREED: The Court has jurisdiction over the subject matter of this Action and claims raised therein and all Parties thereto, including the Settlement Class. The Co urt awards Class Counsel reasonable attorneys fees in the amount of $125,000.00 and costs in the amount of $842.36. The Court awards each Class Representative a service award in the amount of $2,500. Without affecting the finality of t he Judgment hereby entered, the Court reserves jurisdiction over the implementation of the Settlement, including enforcement and administration of the Settlement Agreement, including releases in connection therewith, and any other matters related or ancillary to theforegoing.
