ORDER GRANTING STIPULATION TO DISMISS ENTIRE ACTION by Judge Percy Anderson: Upon Stipulation 45 , the Court hereby orders that plaintiff V.C. Chao Enterprises Group's claims against Defendants ExxonMobil Oil Corporation, Exxon Mobil Corporatio n, and Circle K Stores Inc. in this action are dismissed with prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii), and Defendants' counter-claims against Plaintiff in this action are dismissed without prejudice pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 41(a)(1)(A)(ii).
