James Otero: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED AS FOLLOWS: Default judgment shall be entered against Defendants on Plaintiff's copyright infringement claim, in the amount of $9,000 in statutory damages. Intere st shall accrue on the total judgment amount of $9,000, in accordance with 28 USC section 1961(a). Defendants, their agents, servants, employees, representatives, successor and assigns, and all persons, firms, corporations or other entities in active concert or participation with said Defendants, are immediately and permanently enjoined.
