Filing 31 CONSENT DECREE AND PERMANENT INJUNCTION by Judge Dolly M. Gee: Upon Joint Stipulation 30 , IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Defendants Brilliant System USA, Inc., a corporation and d/b/a Amazon.com Seller dealmakerz and Boris Mazalkov, an individual and d/ b/a Amazon.com Seller dealmakerz, and their agents, servants, employees, representatives, successor and assigns, and all persons, firms, corporations or other entities in active concert or participation with them who receive actual notice of the Inju nction are hereby restrained and permanently enjoined as to Plaintiff's Works, etc. Each side shall bear its own fees and costs of suit. Except as provided herein, all claims alleged in the Complaint are dismissed with prejudice. The hearing on Plaintiff's Motion for Default Judgment currently on calendar for 2/7/2014, is hereby VACATED. See document for details. ( MD JS-6. Case Terminated ) (gk) |
