Feess: In light of the findings of fact and conclusions of law contained in the Court's February 7, 2014, Order re: Motions for Summary Judgment (ECF No. 30), the Court ORDERS that judgment be entered as follows: 1. Judgment for DEFENDANTS UNITED STATES DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY and UNITED STATES CITIZENSHIP AND IMMIGRATION SERVICES ("USCIS") and against PLAINTIFFS AJIT HEALTHCARE, INC., KEY WON AHN, and HYE SUN AHN KIL; 2. The Cour t AFFIRMS DEFENDANT USCIS's denial of PLAINTIFF AJIT HEALTHCARE, INC.'s Form I-129 petition on behalf of PLAINTIFF KEY WON AHN and all PLAINTIFFS' related and derivative petitions; and 3.
