MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) by Judge Christina A. Snyder: Defendant's Motion to Compel Arbitration 6 is hereby granted in part and denied in part. Defendant's motion is denied insofar as it seeks an order preventing plaintiff from pursuing a re presentative PAGA claim in arbitration. Otherwise, defendant's motion is granted, and plaintiff's claims must proceed in arbitration. These proceedings are hereby STAYED pending the completion of arbitration. The parties are ORDERED to file a joint status report regarding the posture of the arbitration every one hundred and eighty days from the date of this order, and within 20 days of the resolution of the arbitration.
