King: On November 18, 2013, we approved the parties stipulation to stay this action for sixty (60) days fromNovember 7, 2013 and to continue the scheduling dates by the same 60 days. Accordingly, the stay expired on January 6, 2014. Moreover, the scheduling dates were accordingly extended as follows: All discovery (fact and expert) shall be completed by no later than April 1, 2014. The parties shall designate their expert witnesses and make the required disclosures by no later than February 4, 2014 and do likewise for any rebuttal expert witnesses by no later than March 7, 2014. The parties shall conduct a follow-up settlement conference by no later than March 18, 2014, and file a joint status report within 48 hours of termination of settlement discussions if no settlement was reached. The deadline for summary judgment motion was extended to April 22, 2014.Inasmuch as the follow-up settlement conference deadline has now passed, we expect that the parties have complied with our order and have conducted the follow-up settlement conference and that within 48 hours of termination of such settlement discussions, the parties will be filing the required joint status report in the event that no settlement was reached.
