Defendant is permanently enjoined from the use or registration of the term MIRROR MINT TIN, or any trademark substantially similar to Plaintiff's MIRROR MINTS trademark. Each party will bear its own costs and expenses in connection with this action. Except as otherwise provided in this judgment, this action is dismissed with prejudice. ( MD JS-6.
