IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED as follows: The Motion is GRANTED. The settlement of minor Plaintiff K.V.B in t he total amount of $1,500.00, is APPROVED. The $1,500.00 total settlement for Plaintiff K.V.B shall be deposited into an interest-bearing, federally insured, blocked account at Chase Bank (see attached Order and Judgment for further details). Bond is waived. As to the settlement of the claims of the minor K.V.B., all parties bear their own attorneys' fees and costs. (jp) |
