JUDGMENT by Judge Percy Anderson: IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff's claims against defendants Bank of America, N.A. (erroneously sued as "Bank of America Corporation"), ReconTrust Company, N.A. (erroneously s ued as "Reconstruct Company N.A."), Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems, Inc., The Bank of New York Mellon fka The Bank of New York, not in its individual capacity but solely as Trustee for the benefit of the Certificate Holders of the CWMBS 2005-02 Trust, Mortgage Pass Through Certificates, Series 2005-02, Monica Lozano, Mukesh Ambani, Virgis Colbert, Charles Gifford, Charles Holliday, Thomas May, Donald Powell, Charles Rossotti, and Brian Moynihan 12 are dismissed with prejudi ce and Plaintiff's claims against the Unserved Defendants are dismissed without prejudice. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that Plaintiff take nothing and that the BofA Defendants shall have their costs of suit. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED, ADJUDGED, AND DECREED that the Notice of Lien filed by Plaintiff on 10/18/2013 10 is expunged. (MD JS-6, Case Terminated). (gk)

ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE by Judge Percy Anderson. The court, on its own motion, orders plaintiff to show cause in writing on or before January 30, 2014, why this action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution as to defendants Justin Greenberg, B JG Associates LLC, Home Retention Services, Inc., CTC Real Estate Services, Stephen Webb, Tiles Webb Kulla & Grant, QBE Insurance Corporation, and Ryder Ray (collectively, the Unserved Defendants). Pursuant to Rule 78 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the Court finds that this matter is appropriate for submission without oral argument. The Order to Show Cause will stand submitted upon the filing of plaintiffs response. Failure to respond to this Order may result in the imposition of sanctions, including but not limited to dismissal of the complaint against the Unserved Defendants. (pso)
