November 5, 2013	Filing 50 ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE by Judge Percy Anderson. Before the Court is Plaintiff's Status Report filed October 18, 2013. The Court's September 11, 2013 Order set a scheduling conference for November 18, 2013. The Court dropped all defendants ex cept the first named defendant, Pacific Eurotex, Corp., from this action on September 18, 2013. The Court dropped all defendants who had appeared, and the remaining Defendant has yet to appear in this action. Therefore, the scheduling conference ca lendared for November 18, 2013, is hereby vacated and the matter taken off calendar. The court, on its own motion, orders plaintiff to show cause in writing on or before November 15, 2013, why this action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecut ion. Pursuant to Rule 78 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, the court finds that this matter is appropriate for submission without oral argument. The Order to Show Cause will stand submitted upon the filing of plaintiff's response. Failure to respond to this Order may result in the imposition of sanctions, including but not limited to dismissal of the complaint. (pso)
