Within 30 days of entry of this judgment, Defendants shall pay to Rolex sta tutory damages under 15 U.S.C. § 1117(c) in the sum of $5,000,000, which constitutes $1,000,000 for each of the five counterfeit trademarks (ROLEX, CROWN DESIGN, DATEJUST, OYSTER PERPETUAL and SUBMARINER). Within 30 days of entry of this judgment, Defendants shall pay to Rolexattorneys fees under 15 U.S.C. 1117(a) in the sum of 103,600.00, the amount of which has been calculated according to Local Rule 55-3.
