MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER AFFIRMING Bankruptcy Court's; ORDER GRANTING Award of Attorneys' Fees and Costs by Judge John F. Walter. As to each of the remaining issues raised by Rossco, the Court concludes that the Bankruptcy Court did not clearly err in making any of its factual findings, and did not erroneously apply the law or abuse its discretion in arriving at the decision to award attorneys fees. The Court has considered each of the arguments presented by the Rossco, and conclude s that the Bankruptcy Court did not abuse its discretion and did not erroneously apply the law in making its decision to award attorneys' fees.
