June 16, 2014 Opinion or Order Filing 33 JUDGMENT IN A CIVIL ACTION by Judge Audrey B. Collins, in favor of Exxon Mobil Corporation, Mobil Oil Refining Corporation against Alex Lazo, Marc Lazo, Regina Lazo: This action was decided by the Honorable Audrey B. Collins on May 30, 2014 on De fendants' Fed R. Civ. Pro. 12(b)(6) Motion to Dismiss ("Motion"). The Court has granted Defendants' Motion without leave to amend. THE COURT HEREBY ORDERS THAT: 1. Plaintiffs' Complaint does not meet the required legal stan dards and is dismissed with prejudice as a matter of law. 2. Plaintiffs, and each of them, recover nothing from Defendants and Defendants recover costs from the Plaintiffs, and each of them. 3. Judgment be, and hereby is, entered for Defendants, and each of them, and against Plaintiffs, and each of them. (MD JS-6, Case Terminated). (bm)
