Fitzgerald: The Court GRANTS in part and DENIES in part Defendants' Motions. The Court GRANTS Defendants� 39; Motions to Dismiss Palmdale's fraud claim as to any alleged misrepresentations. The Court does so without leave to amend. The Court DENIES the Anti-SLAAP Motions to Dismiss. The Court DENIES Defendants' Motions to Dismiss Palmdale' s fraudulent conveyance claim. Defendants shall file Answers by January 19, 2015. The Court GRANTS Defendants' Motions to Dismiss as to Palmdale's remaining claims for conversion, common counts, and for alter ego liability.
