Ac cordingly, Plaintiff takes nothing by way of her Complaint for long term disability benefits under the Plan, attorney's fees, and costs.Judgment is hereby entered in favor of the Plan and against Plaintiff. FINDINGS OF FACT AND CONCLUSIONS OF LAW signed by Judge John F. Walter. The Court finds that the Plan did not abuse its discretion when it terminated Plaintiffs disability benefits. Accordingly, the Court enters judgment in favor of the Plan. Couns el shall meet and confer and prepare a joint proposed Judgment consistent with the Courts Findings of Fact and Conclusions of Law. The joint proposed Judgment shall be lodged with the Court on or before December 7, 2015. In the unlikely event that co unsel are unable to agree upon a joint proposed Judgment, the parties shall each submit separate versions of a proposed Judgment along with a declaration outlining their objections to the opposing partys version on or before December 7, 2015.
