No default judgment has been entered against Shen, but we will construe Shens Motion as seeking to set aside entry of default pursuant to Rule 55(c). Plaintiff SevenFriday AG ("Plaintiff") does not oppose setting aside entry of default as to Shen. (See Dkt. 24.)
