MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS by Judge George H. King re: re: Plaintiff's Application for Order to Show Cause re: Contempt for Failure to Appear at Judgment Debtor Examination [Dkt. No. 14]: Before the Court is Plaintiff Breaking Glass Pictures, LLC's ("Plaintiff") "Application for Order to Show Cause re: Contempt for Failure to Appear at Judgment Debtor Examination" ("Application"), filed on May 11, 2015. Magistrate Judge John E. McDermott ordered Defendant Jose M. Castro aka Joe M. Castro ("Defendant") to appear at a judgment debtor examination on April 14, 2015 at 10:30 a.m. Defendant failed to appear at the examination, despite having been personally served with the Court's Orders, as certified by Magistrate Judge McDermott. We now order Defendant to appear before the Court on June 15, 2015 at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 650 of the Edward R. Roybal Federal Building and United States Courthouse located at 255 E. Temple Street in Los Angeles, to show cause why he should not be held in contempt. We warn Defendant that if he fails to appear at the June 15, 2015 hearing, we will issue a warrant for his arrest and the United States Marshal shall execute the warrant.
