MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER Granting Plaintiff's Motion for Expedited Discovery by Magistrate Judge Jean P. Rosenbluth: On February 6, 2015, Plaintiffs filed a motion for leave to conduct early discovery to try to identify the Doe Defendants, who, they allege in the Complaint, "hacked" Plaintiffs' email and other computer accounts. Because Plaintiffs apparently have no other way to try to identify the Doe Defendants, their request for leave to serve the three subpoenas is GRANTED, with the modifications discussed below. The hearing set for March 26, 2015, is ORDERED OFF CALENDAR. Accordingly, Plaintiffs' motion is GRANTED. (See Order for details) granting #8 Motion for Discovery (bem)
