Filing 25 MINUTES OF DEFENDANTS MOTION TO DISMISS FOR FAILURE TO STATE A CLAIM OR, IN THE ALTERNATIVE, STAY PROCEEDINGS (Dkt. No. 15, filed April 16, 2015 Motion Hearing held before Judge Christina A. Snyder: In accordance with the foregoing, defendants mot ion to dismiss is GRANTED IN PART insofar as it seeks to dismiss plaintiffs direct infringement claim, and otherwise DENIED. Any First Amended Complaint attempting to address the pleading deficiencies identified herein must be filed no later than Ju ly 8, 2015. If plaintiff does not file a First Amended Complaint by that date, the Court will dismiss the direct infringement claim with prejudice.
