May 24, 2016 Opinion or Order Filing 39 ORDER OF CONTEMPT by Judge S. James Otero; Court imposes sanctions upon Raffi Sadejyan as follows: If Raffi Sadejyan fails to demonstrate to the Court that he has fully complied with the subpoena within 10 days after entry of this Order, he shall be required to pay $5,000.00 per day to plaintiff until such time he demonstrates compliance. In addition he is required to pay the sum of $5,000.00 as reimbursement for reasonable costs and expense caused to plaintiffs due to his non-compliance. (lc)
