MINUTES(In Chambers): Order GRANTING Motion to Dismiss as to the FDCPA Claim and DISMISSING Remaining State Law Claim WITHOUT PREJUDICE 17 by Judge Philip S. Gutierrez. For the foregoing reasons, the Court GRANTS the motion to dismiss Plaintiff's FDCPA claim and DISMISSES that claim WITH PREJUDICE. The Court DISMISSES Plaintiff's IIED claim WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
